Welcome to Los Angeles, a city known for its cruelty and hatred. Painted with blood and protected by no one. There is no law, no future. Not anymore. Now it stands alone in California, fighting for the rights of millions that had once roamed freely and without hesitation. Now, the four gangs rule the blood-soaked city.
EVERYONE LEFT YOU

The Kings were the smallest. And even in their size, they were mighty. Anything they can grab hold of is a weapon in their eyes - from broken glass bottles to their own fists. They were the toughest, and reign today in the Southern District where they will always march the streets in threes and fours.
Within the Western District lies the largest group - the Bruisers. Known for their use of fists, they're the ones most feared. Even so, they are only second in power the Kings. They care for no one - not even themselves. They will kill anyone who stared in their direction - whether or not they're looking at them. They show no fear and no discretion.
THEY'RE ALL OUT WITHOUT YOU

Reigning in the North are the pretty-little Queens, the all-female gang of wealth and power. They reign supreme in their numbers. These girls use no weapons. They prefer to use verbal abuse, seeing as it works better. They tease the all-male gang Kings with their battering lashes and their petite little figures - not that the Kings mind.
Lastly is the newest gang - the Storm Riders. These motorcycle-riders tend to keep off to the East District, using their guns to ward people off. They may be aggressive when it comes to combat, but they prefer to keep on the down low, hoping not attract attention to themselves.
HAVING FUN

With the city in ruins, the citizens can count only on the remaining police officers and their canine companions to help free them from their prison - their only safe and reliable shelter. With the police running about, chasing and capturing the gangs, there is still little time to be had. The city is in chaos. The citizens are dying from disease and lack of hospital supplies. No one is safe.
