She shifts into a tiger, and prefers shifting regularly to keep her loosened up, plus she enjoys the heighened senses her cat self brings her. And the beauty. Her mother's side of the family is the shifter side, with her mom, maternal aunt, and maternal grandfather all shifters. She sometimes shifts if she feels a strong emotion, usually anger or embarrassment.

She's a wild child. She has a fiery temper and is extremely manipulaive. Don't get her wrong, though, she's a bundle of fun once you get to know her. She's very outgoing as well, and fears very little. That gets her in toruble sometimes, because she just doesn't know when to quit.

As a human, Raine is of average height and weight. She is slim, slender. Whatever. Not fat, not anorexic. She has straight red hair that looks different shades in different lighting. Her eyes are a deep chocolate brown, but for some reason, next to her hair, they seem tinted with red...
Her tigress form is, frankly, beautiful. Her cat body moves with fluid grace despite the size. Her fur is a sunset scarlet, her stripes blacker than onyx. She has some white markings around her face and underbelly, and a long tail.

Raine moved quickly, clutching her purse with white knuckles. She was angry. No, beyond angry, furious. Fuming! The ignorance of some people! It drove her insane, and she knew that if she didn't make it home in time, the human onlookers would get one unpleasant surprise. Although, nowadays shifters weren't so uncommon. Raine would have liked to say that her family was among the first to shift, without the help of that secret genetic potion. But she didn't know for sure. All she knew was that her mom, aunt, and grandpa could shift, all on her mother's side. Mom turned into a kangaroo. Aunt Kim was a horse, a common animal to shift to. Grandpa used to be a bull, before he died. A family of freaks.
She shoved the key into the lock and swung the door open wide, slamming it behind her. She threw her purse down and rushed to her room. Already she was beginning to calm down, but only beginning. She made her way to the bathroom, stripped, and turned on a cold shower. She stood there, suling in the shower, for too long a time. Maybe half and hour. By the time she pulled herself out, she was freezing. She changed quickly into her pajamas, even though it was only six. Grabbing a blanket on her way, she skipped to the couch and turned on the TV. A peaceful, quiet night in would do her some good. She was interrupted by a knock at th edoor. Grumbling, she pulled herself off the couch and mde her way across the kitchen, ready to tell the person waiting for her to GO AWAY.
